A Rich Heritage Born in Marketing Research

As an ISA Family company, Q-insights has a rich heritage born in marketing research. Q-Insights started as the qualitative division of Interviewing Service of America, LLC, known in the industry as ISA, the largest data collection center on the West Coast.

From the moment ISA opened its doors on September 3rd, 1982, its vision has been to deliver high quality data collection. It’s a principle ingrained in its culture and one that drives everything we do here at Q-insights.

Over time, what was previously “Qualitative Insights” evolved into “Q-insights” since close to 70% of its business is face-to-face quantitative field work.
